Terms and Conditions

Time and Cancellation Policy

Punctuality:

  • We kindly ask that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient time to complete any necessary paperwork or consultations and ensures your session starts on time.

    If you arrive late, your session maybe shortened to honour the next scheduled client, but you will still be charged the full session price.

Grace Period:

  • We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive beyond this grace period, We reserve the right to cancel your appointment or adjust your session time accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice (no show) will result in a charge for the full cost of the service.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible to ensure availability. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.

Emergency Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Prepaid Services or Packages:

  • If you cancel late or do not show up for an appointment that is part of a prepaid package, the session will be considered used and deducted from the package .

Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online, or in person.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment for a smooth check-in process.

  • A valid ID may be required for first-time clients.

Professional Conduct

  • All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

  • Inappropriate behaviour, language, or request will result in the immediate termination of the session with full payment required.

  • The spa reserves the right to reduce service to any client violating these policies.

Client Health and Safety

  • Clients must complete an intake form and disclose any relevant medical history, allergies, or conditions.

  • Service may be denied if there are contradictions or if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Clients experiencing flu-like symptoms or illness should reschedule.

Therapist and Client Boundaries

  • Clients must wear appropriate undergarments during their session.

  • Therapists will drape clients properly all times to maintain privacy.

  • Requests for specific therapists are welcome but subject to availability.

Payment and Gratuity

  • Payment is due at the end of the session unless prepaid. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Gratuity is not included in the session price but is appreciated for exceptional service.

Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a massage.

  • Minors aged 12 - 17 may receive a massage with written parental/guardian consent and presence.

Confidentiality

  • All client information is kept confidential and used solely for providing services.

Feedback and Complaints

  • Client satisfaction is our priority. Please share any feedback directly with our staff or management.

  • Complaints will be handled professionally and promptly.
